Ideally you should be able to curve the corner. You can then continue
binding without a break. If the corner has to have an abrupt angle you
will have to stop and restart the binding

Some stems are nicked part way up to bend them round the corner, whippy
stems can just be bent straight round without cutting

Use sturdy stakes on the corner and take extra care with the binding to
get as even a curve as possible
